The Men’s Basketball team is coming off its most successful seasons in over a decade, recording an impressive 22-11 overall record. The Matadors tied a school record with their 22 wins last season, the most for the program since the 2000-01 season. CSUN finished 14-6 in the competitive Big West, setting a new program benchmark for conference wins in a season. The team would win 10 road games on the year, tying its previous school record, and post seven consecutive victories during Big West play for the first time since 2008. CSUN made further history by competing in the National Invitation Tournament for the first time.
