Welcome to CSUN Funder!

Please use this form to submit information about your prospective crowdfunding project. Please be advised that the submission of this application does not guarantee immediate project approval. The CSUN office of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving will follow up with each submitting party within 3-4 business days to further discuss project eligibility.

If you are applying with the intent to fundraise for a student or faculty research project, please be advised that all research projects must be approved by CSUN's department of
Research and Sponsored Programs.

If you are applying with the intent to fundraise for a business venture, please be advised that all projects must be approved through the
CSUN Innovation Incubator.

In submitting this application, you agree to adhere to the
CSUN Funder Crowdfunding Guidelines and follow all other applicable CSUN policies and procedures if approved.

This only applies to research projects and student clubs/organizations.

We recommend goals of $500 to $10,000.

Funds raised will be available approximately 2 weeks after the end of the fundraising period.

A projected itemized list of expenses will be required at a later date, upon project approval.

The majority of your donations will come from your personal networks.

How are you planning to use social media, email, WOM, events, etc., to promote the project.

These items will be important when building your project site and in social media promotion.
