Carson Cullen - Director & Screenwriter
Carson Cullen is the Director & Co-Writer of Violetta. Carson was inspired by many of his favorite artists such as Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, and Chappell Roan while creating Violetta. He is very excited for Violetta to finally get her justice on the big screen!
Tayden Hilton-King - Showrunner & Screenwriter
Tayden Hilton is the Show Runner and Co-writer for Violetta. Born and raised in Utah. I love telling stories that are character-driven and full of twists and turns. Outside of film I love sports, driving, and board games.
Janet Chu - Producer
Janet Chu - Producer
Janet Chu is the Producer of Violetta. She is passionate about telling compelling stories through television and film. She brings her experience from being on set as professional actress into her approach on producing. Outside of her work, Janet enjoys spending time outdoors, being with close friends, and hanging out her son, Bradley, and cat, Kanga. During meditation, she enjoys practicing Wing Chun. After she graduates from CSUN, she plans to visit Maine and eat fresh Maine lobsters.
Dominic Tan - Assistant Director
Dominic Tan, is the Assistant Director for VIOLETTA. Besides filmmaking, I love partying, spending time at the beach, and going to concerts. I love anything music-related, whether it's listening to music, playing piano, or writing songs. In three years, I hope to own my own drum set and play in a band with my friends.
Brandon Vancour - Director of Photography
Hello! I’m Brandon Vancour, the Director of Photography for “Violetta”. I’m thrilled to be apart of the team. We’re working to deliver a tasteful and stylistic picture that your eyes can’t turn away from. But we can’t do it without you. Yes, YOU, twenty something college student who spends too much money on weed. Please consider donating a little bit of weed money to our project.
Vianney Hermosillo - Costume Designer
Vianney Hermosillo is the Costume Designer for Violetta. Her passion for costume design goes beyond just creating visually appealing outfits; it's about capturing the essence of the characters and their journeys. Vianney was born and raised in Jalisco Mexico where she grew up watching telenovelas and films. Being a first-generation college student and one of the few Latina filmmakers in her Television program, Vianney is proud to be here. In her free time, Vianney enjoys going to concerts, spending time with her four cats, and thrifting. Vianney is excited to work with Carson and the rest of their incredibly talented team in order to bring his vision to life.
Haley Josten - Production Designer
Haley Josten, one of the Production Designers for Violetta. I am incredibly excited to contribute to this project and help bring Carson's creative vision to life. A little about me: I find my happy place at the beach, and I have a passion for traveling. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy, which was an unforgettable experience. While I'm still exploring my future career path, I know I want to stay involved in the arts. In addition to my work behind the scenes in film, I also enjoy acting and performing on stage.
Dani Jones - Production Designer
I'm Dani Jones, and I’m thrilled to be working as a Production Designer on Violetta. My role involves creating captivating visual environments that bring stories to life. Outside of work, I have a few passions that keep me inspired and energized—singing, baking, and painting. Each of these hobbies allows me to express my creativity in different ways, whether it’s through crafting a delicious treat, capturing a moment on canvas, or hitting the right notes in a song. Looking ahead, one of my big dreams is to visit Oregon within the next three years and experience the stunning beauty of Multnomah Falls.
Alec Murray - Casting Director & Editor
Hello! I’m Alec, the Casting Director for ‘Violetta.’ Filmmaking has become more than just a career for me—it’s a way to create stories that connect people on a deeper level. Over the years, I’ve discovered how powerful this medium can be in uniting audiences and sparking emotion. When I’m not immersed in production, I enjoy channeling my creativity into writing, and staying active through sports. Both give me a sense of balance and inspiration, allowing me to bring fresh energy to every project I work on.
Arvin Nooshi - Script Supervisor & Editor
Arvin Nooshi, is the Editor. I have a deep love for the outdoors, and I love to spend my time hiking outdoors and skiing in the wintertime when I can. A goal I would love to achieve in the near future is to be an Assistant Editor on a Union TV show.
Nguyen Nguyen - Post Production Sound & Camera Operator
Nguyen Nguyen, an international student from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, serves as a Camera Operator and Post Sound Editor for Violetta. Combining a passion for visual storytelling with a love for 2000s pop culture, Nguyen is also interested in sports broadcasting and YouTube content creation. Nguyen is committed to bringing the story of Violetta to life for audiences.
