The Financial Management Association (FMA) at California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is a premier student-led organization committed to shaping the next generation of finance professionals. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the classroom and the boardroom by offering high-impact experiences that foster career development, industry exposure, and technical mastery.

FMA provides students with exclusive opportunities including:

• Company site visits to top firms across banking, consulting, and asset management
• Executive speaker panels featuring professionals from J.P Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, and more
• Hands-on technical workshops in financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and Bloomberg
• Networking mixers and recruiting events that connect students with alumni and industry leaders

Why We’re Fundraising

Our members are ambitious, driven, and often trailblazers—many are first-generation college students, from underrepresented backgrounds, or balancing multiple jobs while pursuing their degrees. This fundraiser aims to level the playing field and ensure that every student, regardless of background, has the chance to succeed.
