The film follows Kate and Ethan, a young couple grieving the loss of their child. Their weekend away at a secluded home, intended to offer solace, quickly unravels into something far more sinister. They find themselves entangled with Ethan’s elder relatives, Adeline and Henry, whose deeply twisted philosophy on suffering and healing forces Kate and Ethan to confront their pain in unimaginable ways.
As Kate and Ethan navigate their loss, Adeline and Henry stand as dark reflections of what grief can become when pushed to its limits. What begins as an eerie but well-intentioned visit quickly transforms into a harrowing nightmare.
