The NSBE chapter at California State University-Northridge (CSUN) is a vibrant community of passionate Black engineers and STEM students dedicated to our professional and academic growth. For us, the NSBE Fall Regional Convention isn't just an event; it's a transformative opportunity. The Opportunity: More Than Just a Conference The 2025 Fall Regional Conference is a pivotal moment for our chapter members. Attending will give our students direct access to invaluable resources that are otherwise difficult to obtain:

• Networking with Industry Leaders: Around 100 top companies like Google, Apple, and NASA will be there, offering internships and full-time positions. This is a critical chance for our members to stand out and get hired.
• Skill-Building Workshops: We'll participate in hands-on workshops on everything from creating a standout resume to mastering the technical interview. These sessions provide the practical skills that turn academic knowledge into professional success.
• Academic and Professional Growth: Beyond the career fair, we will engage in rigorous competitions, secure scholarships, and expand our professional networks with peers from across the country.
