StrengthUnited Holiday Support Drive

StrengthUnited, a chartered center of California State University, Northridge (CSUN), has served the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys for more than 30 years, supporting the most vulnerable members of our community at critical moments in their lives, and providing prevention, intervention, and education in our community to address violence and abuse at the root. StrengthUnited is an irreplaceable resource for Survivors of Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking, and Child Maltreatment in our community.

StrengthUnited is raising funds to purchase food and essential items, toys, and gift cards for families who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, child abuse, and human trafficking. Many of the survivors we serve are navigating crisis, rebuilding their lives, or working toward safety and stability. Each year, we support these individuals and their loved ones as they face significant emotional and financial hardships, which often become even more challenging during the holiday season.

With your support, we aim to provide age-appropriate toys, warm clothing, household essentials, and festive items that help restore a sense of normalcy, comfort, and joy for families. These holiday baskets include practical items—such as food, toiletries, and basic necessities—alongside small, meaningful gifts that bring moments of light during an otherwise difficult time. Beyond meeting immediate needs, these baskets offer families a feeling of connection, compassion, and hope, reminding them that their community stands with them.
