Black Chapel

Black Chapel is a drama that explores a grieving pastor who is compelled to face his daughter’s murderer, thus embarking on a moral struggle between his faith, anger, forgiveness, and justice. As both characters seek redemption, the question arises of whether humans are defined by their worst deeds or by their potential for change. Ultimately, it is shown that what humans actually seek after tragedy is not punishment or forgiveness but emotional closure.
