Welcome to the fundraising Campaign for CSUN ACASOLA's 20th Anniversary Album!


Acasola is California State University, Northridge’s (CSUN) premiere A Cappella group. This is a diverse group of students who aim to deliver a unique musical experience to the CSUN community, through the art of A Cappella music. 


ACASOLA is a 16-member vocal ensemble that is driven by passion. This group rehearses 3 times a week for 3 hours at a time. This year, ACASOLA wants to display its growth and dedication with an exciting new project, which is a fully produced album! This album will feature about 10 tracks; every single track has been arranged by current or past members. This album will not only showcase talent but also be a reflection of the group's creativity. With this project, ACASOLA aims to highlight the talent within the group, as well as the talent within CSUN.

Acasola was founded in 2006, and each successive generation of the group has built upon the foundation laid by those who have come before us. Acasola has recorded at Capitol Records with Corbin Bleu, placed 1st at the Los Angeles A Cappella Festival 2016, appeared at the ICCAs, on TV’s “Raising Hope,” and in numerous shows throughout California.



As active members of the contemporary a cappella community, Acasola has been featured on “Best of College A Cappella 2018” (BOCA) and “Voices Only 2020”, received the “Best Mixed Collegiate Video” award at the A Cappella Video Awards (AVAs), won “Outstanding Soloist” and “Outstanding Vocal Percussionist” at the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA). 

Recently, Acasola released their debut full-length album, Resolution, a holiday single, “Christmas in L.A.”, and a single + B-side, “Fortress” and “Let’s Fall in Love for the Night”, streaming on all platforms! This year we hope to launch another and with your help, that can be a reality!
